There will be cancellation charges on services contracted to the hotel. The hotel policy charges 100% of the cost for cancellations done 0-30 days prior to the event, 50% for 31-59 days and 10% for over 60 days.
Any NO SHOWS or rebooking of any MISSED flights due to negligence will be at the participant’s cost and GCE will not be held liable for extra costs incurred.
